I am a dedicated and compassionate psychotherapist (Qualifying) with over 20 years’ experience working in social services, emergency response, and healthcare settings. I've trained in a variety of areas including conflict resolution, occupational stress, compassion fatigue, and family and relational dynamics.

Born and raised in Australia, my passion for helping others led me to travel and work abroad with adults, youth, couples, and families in a range of contexts. I've now settled with my family in Kingston and continue to support clients toward lives that are connected and fulfilling.

Are your services covered under health insurance?

Many clients have an extended health insurance policy/coverage that provides reimbursement or coverage for mental health services such as psychotherapy. If you're planning to use your benefits to pay for your therapy sessions, it's important that you evaluate what your insurance provider will cover. What are your fees?

My fees start at $150 per session and range depending on the service provided.
